Klarity Board is a business service owned and operated by DesiKhana GmbH. These terms apply when you access or use the service on behalf of an organization.

Accounts and acceptable use
Your organization is responsible for its users, their access, and the information they add to its workspace. Keep sign-in details secure, grant access only to authorized users, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another organization’s information.
Your information
Your organization retains its rights in information it submits. It authorizes DesiKhana GmbH to process that information to provide, secure, and support Klarity Board. Your organization must have the rights and permissions needed to provide the information and use it this way. DesiKhana GmbH will handle customer personal information according to the applicable data-processing terms.
Research and recommendations
Klarity Board organizes public information and may use automated systems to produce research, summaries, or recommendations. Public sources can be incomplete or out of date, and generated results can be wrong. Review the source material and use your own judgment before acting. The service does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice, and does not guarantee a particular business result.
Plans, changes, and access
Any fees, pilot limits, or customer-specific service commitments will be stated in a separate order or agreement. We may update or maintain the service and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a serious breach of these terms. We will give notice when practical.
Ownership and liability
DesiKhana GmbH and its licensors own Klarity Board and its software and branding. We grant your organization permission to use the service for its internal business during its authorized access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use and governing law
Your organization may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or end access for a material breach or where required for security or legal reasons. These terms are governed by German law, subject to mandatory legal protections. For business customers, disputes are heard by the competent courts at DesiKhana GmbH’s registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
